Veneered, Charcoal Dyed Oak & Stone Kitchen | Stoke Newington, London
Full refurbishment and kitchen refit with Belgian designer Leendert de Vosas as featured in The World of Interiors.
Stacy's project presented an exciting opportunity for collaboration, allowing us to extend our services beyond traditional joinery. The trust established with Leendert De Vos enabled us to use our skills in project management, bespoke joinery and construction. This comprehensive approach ensured that every aspect of the refurbishment, including the kitchen refit, was executed with precision.
To enhance sustainability, we focused on reusing existing appliances, minimizing waste and promoting a responsible approach to the project. The material selection was diverse and thoughtfully curated, incorporating hand-painted MDF and luxurious stone tops alongside bespoke veneered, charcoal-dyed oak panels, creating a striking kitchen island and main kitchen cabinets.
Our collaboration with Leendert extended to the intricate design details, resulting in tailored tall, painted MDF kitchen storage units. The shelves flanking the hob and extractor were designed to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing, complementing the overall design vision. The end result reflects a harmonious blend of craftsmanship, design, and sustainability.
